Elin Hansdottir is here for her first exhibition as a solo artist. The exhibition is called “Trace”, and consists of very short clips of video, which work to give a living essence to otherwise static images.
The images are based on the Choreographic work of Loie Fuller, with the images representing the dresses and garb of the dancers. Without the effects, they may seem static, but it gives a life like breath to the images that help to convey the glory of choreography in a photographic form.
