About

Triangulation Blog was launched in January 2010. It is an art based research focused on a triangular concept, abstract—experimental—and new media art.

Since the blog started in 2010, it has been exploring several contemporay territories and looking for those artists who overpass the boundaries of experimental art using (or not) the new technologies for. Along the time this research has been taking a direction and focusing more on digital environments and internet based art.

Triangulation Blog is a daily publication, which shows the latest projects from new media artists. It is also considered as a major collection of artwors and experiments, by following a really specific value of art and aesthetics, specially those generated by computers.

The innovation is a constantly factor in Triangulation's posts. It is interesting to know about how everything has been developed and created, being this is a good place to learn about the latest techniques, softwares, and ways the artists use for. Actually the blog has some features where the artists tell more about their own works. Three different kind of interviews such as Special Post; questions about everything related about their art, DOTGIF; the artists explain and tell about the process and tools they use to create their animated GIFs, and Q/A Projects; an interview about new projects, their creators tell how it has been created and how works everything into.

Triangulation has also launched its own projects dedicated to its readers, www.interactivetriangulation.com Enjoy!

Basetimesheightdividedby2.com is another curatioral and visual project hosted on a tumblr platform where you can find more contemporary art found on the internet.

Triangulation supports artists by publishing their work, but doesn't hesitate to support another people involved into art, such as writers, curators, art-critics, etc. If someone has a collaborative proposal, just  send an email to:
